What is a rental office?

A rental office is already fully equipped with the office equipment necessary for business development, such as interior decoration, furniture, telephone, and internet.

A combination of private offices, shared spaces, and other spaces is designed for our tenants’ needs. In addition to the facilities, we also offer reception services, secretarial services, and pantry services, and therefore are referred to as serviced office

Shared Facilities

The pantry services include the water dispensers and beverages.
SENTRO also provides a relaxing lounge as well as soundproof booths for online meetings and phone calls
Other services include a shower room and front desk service

Meeting Room

It is equipped with a projector, monitors, and other equipment necessary for a variety of meetings.

The room can be used for a wide range of purposes, from presentations and meetings to seminars and workshops.

Relax Room

The relaxation room is equipped with sofa seating, billiards, and Japanese manga.

Please use this room to relax and unwind after a hard day’s work at the desk, or to relieve stress.

Private Booth

Two completely private booths are available. Reservations are not required and can be used for up to 15 minutes at no charge to subscribers.

Although the rooms are completely private, please wear earphones and pay attention to the volume during web conferencing.

Office Lounge

The waiting room is also equipped with Wi-Fi. The waiting room is also equipped with a power supply, multifunction printer, and library.

The waiting room can be used for various purposes such as meetings, business negotiations, solo work, or just for chatting with other members.

Shower Room

Shower room is equipped with amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.

Please use them on your way home from business trips or after returning from the gym before work.

Drink Service

Tenants could help themselves with the drink selections in the pantry area

A wide variety of beverages are available, including tea, coffee.

Reception Counter

A reception counter is available to welcome guests and assist your business.

We also offer optional mail storage and forwarding services.

This space can accommodate up to 12 people. Ideal for companies seeking maximum performance for large projects. Recommended for those who want to expand their business in a good location and easy access to sales.
