M&M ARC SDN BHD (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), with its raison d’etre of “contributing to social development by providing rental office services,” considers the protection and management of the privacy and personal information (hereinafter collectively referred to as “personal information”) of its customers, officers and employees of the Group, and employees of contractors to be of paramount importance in the conduct of its business activities. We consider the protection and management of the privacy and personal information (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Personal Information”) of our customers, directors, officers, employees, and contractors of the Group as the most important matter in conducting our business activities. In addition to establishing a personal information protection management system, we have established the following personal information protection policy, which has been made known to all directors, employees, and contractor employees, and we will strive to protect personal information appropriately in accordance with this policy.

Basic principles regarding the appropriate acquisition, use, and provision of personal information

However, if the purpose of use is clear from the circumstances at the time of acquisition, we may omit specifying the purpose of use. 2. Appropriate management of personal information

In order to ensure the accuracy and safety of personal information, we implement measures such as managing access to personal information, restricting the means of transporting personal information, and preventing unauthorized access from outside the company, and take reasonable technical and organizational safety measures and corrective/preventive actions against the risk of loss, destruction, alteration, leakage, etc. of personal information. We will take all reasonable technical and organizational measures to prevent loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, etc. of personal information.

Respect for Individual Rights

We respect the rights of individuals regarding their personal information, and will respond to requests for disclosure, correction, deletion, etc. of personal information within a reasonable period of time and to a reasonable extent, only after confirming the identity of the individual making such requests. In addition, we will respond in good faith to complaints and consultations regarding the handling of personal information by establishing a Personal Information Complaints and Consultation Desk.
